Automation
Take the handling off your team. Keep the judgement.
Most of a working week is handling. Reading, sorting, drafting, chasing. I build the system that does that part, and asks your people only when the decision is actually theirs.
The week
Four steps stop needing a person. The fifth still does.
The argument is about where the week goes, not about the software. Switch the view and watch the same five steps change hands.
- Enquiry landsa person reads it
- Details pulleda person copies them
- Priced from the rate carda person checks it
- Schedule checkeda person calls around
- Take this job?a person decides
Five steps, five people, every job. The whole job waits on the slowest one.
The method
Three steps, then it asks you
The method is the product. It is the same one I use on my own apps.
Map it
We draw how one workflow runs today, step by step, with the numbers that matter.
Build it
Steps with no real decision in them just run. Reading, sorting, drafting, chasing.
You decide
When a step needs judgement the system asks. One of three options, or your own words.
First workflow is A$1,500, fixed, including four weeks of changes. Book a 30-minute call
What it works on
Work that needs reading and judgement
Not another booking form. The jobs that fill a week and never appear on a plan.
Enquiry to draft
- Enquiries, emails and documents read and turned into draft replies or quotes.
- Priced against the rate card you already use, in your own wording.
- Anything unusual is flagged rather than guessed at.
Reports
- Numbers collected from the systems you already pay for, summarised every week.
- Delivered before you think to ask, in the same shape each time.
- One line at the top for what actually moved.
The owner view
- Where the work is waiting on you, in order of what the delay costs.
- Straight to the step where your experience changes the outcome.
- No dashboard for its own sake. It exists to route your attention.
Built for admin-heavy services businesses
Allied health · Accounting and bookkeeping · Real estate · Legal · Mortgage broking · Dental · Childcare · Beauty and wellness
The price
A fixed price, not an hourly rate
The first workflow is A$1,500, fixed. Agents make hourly pricing punish speed, so I do not use it.
- A drawn workflow
- Your process on one page, every step marked automatic or yours.
- A working system
- Running on the tools you already pay for, asking you only when judgement is needed.
- Four weeks of changes
- The first build is never exactly right, and the map changes once it runs.
- A written handover
- The system is yours. No retainer, no subscription to me.
- First workflow
- A$1,500
- Changes included
- 4 wks
- Map to running
- 5 days
Who it is not for
If the work is mostly physical, this is the wrong purchase.
A workflow earns automation when the admin outweighs the labour. Trades with a van and a toolbelt spend their day on site. That is not a handling problem, and I will say so on the call.
I'm available…
Pick one workflow. We map it together.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no pitch deck. Bring the job that eats the most time and we will draw it on the call.
